On July 30, 2018, Complainant filed a motion with the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings in which it indicated that Respondent had made full payment and that it sought to close the case against Respondent. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter scheduled for August 16, 2018, and any further pending proceedings are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
