On May 30,, 2019, a Joint Motion to Vacate was filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the parties advised that they had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter, that(Complainant wished to withdraw the complaint in this matter and the requesting the hearing currently scheduled for June 5, 2019 be vacated. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
