On August 8, 2018, Complainant filed a Stipulation to Dismiss with the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings in which the parties sought that the matter be dismissed with prejudice. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the status hearing in this matter scheduled for September 10. 2018, and any further pending proceedings are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
