IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On May 31, 2018, the Registrar, by counsel, filed a Notice of Settlement and Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Registrar advised that (the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and moved to vacate the hearing currently scheduled for July 9, 2018 was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the July 9, 2018 hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
