IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

By its October 30, 2018 Order, this Court set this matter for hearing on Complainant’s Complaint for December 11, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. All parties were provided Notice of the hearing via U.S. Mail at the addresses provided to the Registrar of Contractors by each party. At the date and time set for hearing, no party appeared, no request for telephonic hearing was filed and no Motion for Continuance was filed. By the Order of December 11, 2018, the parties are directed to provide a Joint Written Statement to the Office of Administrative Hearings at least two days prior to the afore-stated Status Hearing advising either that the settlement between the parties has been concluded and this matter may be vacated or that this matter should be re-set for hearing on the Complaint and Citation in this matter. By the December 11, 2018 Order, the parties were put on notice that “Should the parties ignore this Order, this matter will be vacated and dismissed.” No Joint Written Statement to the Office of Administrative Hearings having been filed as of the date of this Order and no contact otherwise being noted from any party, good cause appears for this matter to be vacated and closed. NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY ORDERED this matter should be and is hereby ordered vacated from the calendars of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
