On June 26, 2018, Complainant filed a Motion to Vacate the July 5, 2018, hearing indicating that Respondent had provided documentation indicating it had no funds to pay contractors. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter scheduled for July 5, 2018, and any further pending proceedings are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action, if any. Done this day, July 2, 2018.
