IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On June 7, 2019, Complainant Brian J. Jackson filed a request to vacate hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Complainant advised that he wished to withdraw his request for an administrative hearing in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for June 10, 2019, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, June 7, 2019.
