On July 26, 2018, Complainant filed a Joint Motion to Vacate the July 30, 2018, hearing with the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings in which it advised that it had entered into a settlement with Respondent but needed time to finalize the terms of the settlement. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter scheduled for July 30, 2018, is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties shall provide the Court with a written status update on or before August 13, 2018, to advise the Court to either dismiss the matter or set it for hearing.
