On November 27, 2018, the parties filed Notice with the Office of Administrative Hearings which the parties advised that they had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matte and hearing in this matter was not necessary. The parties requested this matter be vacated. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
