IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On August 16, 2018, Complainant submitted an email to the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Complainant advised that she would not be attending any proceedings at the Office of Administrative Hearings and she “just want[ed] this to be over.” On July 30, 2018, Complainant emailed the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (Registrar) the following: “I don’t have an attorney my Credit card company realized I was wrongfully charged and has credited me a full refund. I did want an apology from the owner that curse me out for no reason but he’s an angry old man. I will drop the case.”[1] Taken together, it is apparent Complainant wishes to withdraw the complaint in this matter. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the mediation and hearing in this matter are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action. Done this day, August 17, 2018.
