Prevent LLC’s (“Respondent’s”) attorney has given notice that the parties have agreed to the terms of a settlement that will dispose of all claims in this matter and that, once the settlement has been finalized and executed, the parties will submit a stipulation and proposed form of order dismissing this matter. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on this date at 9:00 a.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) and (4) to the Director of the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action. The parties may submit their stipulation and proposed form of order to the Registrar.
