On July 11, 2018, Complainant filed Notice with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Complainant advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and that the hearing currently scheduled for August 20, 2018 was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the August 20, 2018 hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
