IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On January 22, 2019, the Registrar of Contractors filed a motion with the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings indicating that Respondent had resolved the outstanding issues in these cases. The Registrar therefore requested that the hearing scheduled in this matter be vacated and that the matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for dismissal. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter scheduled for January 24, 2019, is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action, if any. Done this day, January 23, 2019.
