Integrated Land Solutions, LLC DBA: ILS Contracting, License No. 306043, Docket No. 2018A-139-NPC-ROC FINAL ADMINISTRATIVE DECISION AND ORDER RESPONDENT.

Under A.R.S. § 41-1092.08(B), the Registrar may review and accept, modify, or reject an

administrative law judge’s written decision. If the Registrar modifies or rejects that decision, then the

Registrar must provide written justification setting forth the reasons for the modification or rejection.

In this case, a hearing was held, and the administrative law judge issued a written decision. See

Administrative Law Judge Decision, attached.

MODIFICATION AND WRITTEN JUSTIFICATION

The Administrative Law Judge Decision recommended that Respondent‘s license be suspended

until Respondent pays Complainant “the sum of $2,779.12.” However, in accordance with the Hearing

Evidence ¶ 8, of the Decision, Complainant testified that “Respondent paid the sum of $1,200.00, in cash,

against its outstanding invoice balance.” Therefore, the Registrar modifies, “$2,779.12” found on page 5, of the Decision with, “$1,579.12.” CONCLUSION AND ORDER The Registrar hereby modifies and replaces, “$2,779.12” found on page 5, of the Decision with, “$1,579.12.” The Registrar hereby accepts the remainder of the Administrative Law Judge Decision, which becomes effective on June 4, 2018.
