IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On August 13, 2018, the Complainant filed a Notice of Settlement and request to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Complainant advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter. Complainant indicated it wished to withdraw the Complaint in this matter. The hearing currently scheduled for August 24, 2018 is therefore not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, August 15, 2018.
