On June 4, 2018, the Office of Administrative Hearings received the Registrar’s “Order of Closing” in this case advising “[a]fter internal review of this matter, the Registrar has determined to close Case No. 2018- 1332 as Respondent has remedied all material alleged violations in the Citation and Complaint. NOW THEREFORE IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing now set in this matter for June 12, 2018 and remanding this case to the Registrar for such further action as my be necessary.
