IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On April 26, 2018, Respondent filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Respondent advised that it withdraws its objection to denial of licensure to Aztec Door & Trim LLC by the Registrar of Contractors. Respondent requested that the hearing set for May 4, 2018, be vacated. Counsel for the Respondent advises that Respondent does not wish to further contest the denial of licensure by the Registrar. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the May 4, 2018 hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, April 27, 2018.
