On August 14, 2018, the parties submitted Complainant’s Notice of Resolution and Stipulated Dismissal of Complaint with the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings in which they indicated that the matter was resolved and Complainant sought to dismiss her complaint. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter scheduled for August 29, 2018, and any further pending proceedings are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
