On October 1, 2018, Complainants filed a motion to vacate with the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings in which they indicated that the matter against Respondent had been resolved. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter scheduled for October 3, 2018, and any further pending proceedings are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action, if any. Done this day, October 1, 2018.
