IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The Office of Administrative Hearings on June 19, 2018 was notified by the Registrar that the Complainant by e-mail states: My homeowner insurance company (Nationwide) just agreed to pay for all costs associated with repairing all mistakes and damage attributed to Silver City Restoration in my ROC complaint and your resulting directive. I accepted these funds and am now scheduling my own contractors to do all repairs.

, filed a with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the advised that (the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter)/(Complainant wished to withdraw the complaint in this matter)/(etc.) and the hearing currently scheduled for , was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
