IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On June 22, 2018, the Complaint notified the Office of Administrative Hearings that her insurance company had determined to make payment to cover the charges incurred to correct or repair all of the items referred to in the Registrar’s Directive issued in this case. Complainant has requested hearing in this matter be vacated and her Complaint be withdrawn. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the August 21, 2018 hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
