IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On November 20, 2018, Complainant filed a Motion to Dismiss the Complaint and Vacate the Administrative Hearing with the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings in which she indicated that some of the matters had been resolved and others would be resolved through a pending action in the Maricopa County Superior Court. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the November 27, 2018, hearing and any further pending proceedings are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action, if any. Done this day, November 21, 2018.
