IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On October 10, 2018, Roxanne Louise Zaccone (“Complainant”) and Assistant Attorney General John Tellier, Esq., for the Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”), appeared at the Office of Administrative Hearings for the scheduled hearing in the above-captioned matter regarding Complainant’s eligibility to access the Registrar’s Recovery Fund. Prior to the commencement of the hearing, however, the parties engaged in an informal conference whereby Mr. Tellier received sufficient evidence from Complainant to establish her eligibility to access the Fund, rendering the parties’ need to participate in the hearing moot. Based on Mr. Tellier’s Motion to Vacate, sans objection from Complainant, this matter is hereby vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings as moot and is remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for further action, if any.
