On December 5, 2018, Respondent filed a motion to vacate with the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings in which it indicated that the parties had reached a settlement in part and sought to vacate the pending hearing on this matter. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter scheduled for December 6, 2018, and any further pending proceedings are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action, if any. Done this day, December 5, 2018.
