On February 17, 2019, Complainant filed a motion to vacate with the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings in which it indicated that it no longer wanted to proceed against Respondent. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter scheduled for March 5, 2019, and any further pending proceedings are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action, if any. Done this day, February 19, 2019.
