On August 13, 2021, Complainant filed a Notice of Withdrawal of Arizona Registrar of Contractor’s Residential Recovery Fund Administrative Claim and Request to Vacate August 30, 2021 Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Complainant advised that he had withdrawn his claim with the Arizona Registrar of Contractor’s (Registrar) Residential Recovery Fund and, as a result, the further hearing currently scheduled for August 30, 2021, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
