My Neighborhood Handyman LLC’s (“Respondent’s”) attorney has submitted a stipulation vacate the hearing on the merits and to dismiss the complaint that Tim D. Hedges (“Complainant”) filed with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“the Registrar”) because Respondent and Complainant have resolved their dispute. Both parties signed the stipulation. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing on the merits that had been scheduled on this June 17, 2019. The Administrative Law Judge will not make a recommendation to the Registrar based on the evidence that was submitted. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) and (4) to the Director of the Registrar for further action. Done this day, June 25, 2019.
