A status hearing had been scheduled on this date. Before the time scheduled for the status conference Eric Edward Stewart (“Complainant”) appeared personally and stated on the record that 180 Degrees Inc. (“Respondent”) had resolved all complaint items to his satisfaction and fully performed the parties’ settlement agreement. As a result, Complainant wished to withdraw the complaint that he had filed with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“the Registrar”) against Respondent. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the status that had been scheduled on this date at 4:00 p.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) to the Director of the Registrar for further action. Done this day, October 8, 2019.
