On June 24, 2019, Complainant filed a motion to vacate with the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings in which they indicated that they desired to withdraw their Complaint against Respondent due to a pending civil action. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter scheduled for June 25, 2019, and any further pending proceedings are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action, if any. Done this day, June 25, 2019.
