A further hearing on the merits had been scheduled on this date. At the further hearing, the parties discussed their differences and agreed to a settlement. Respondent Noble Industries, LLC’s representative, David Holyoak, recited the terms of the settlement onto the record. Complainant Engrid Hayes on the record agreed to withdraw the complaint that she had filed with the Registrar of Contractors (“the Registrar”). Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the further hearing on the merits that had been scheduled on this date at 8:30 a.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C.
