A hearing on the merits had been scheduled on this date on the complaint that Sarah E. Lateiner (“Complainant”) had filed with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“the Registrar”) against Sierra Hardwood Floors Inc.’s (“Respondent’s”) contractor’s license. Shortly before the time set for the hearing to begin, Complainant contacted the Office of Administrative Hearings and stated that no hearing would be necessary because the parties had settled their dispute. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing on the merits that had been scheduled on this date at 8:30 a.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C.
