On October 6, 2021, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) issued a Recovery Fund Quash Order quashing the March 19, 2021 Notice of Claim for Administrative Award because upon further review, the Registrar determined that an additional review of the proposed administrative award is necessary.

Pursuant to A.A.C. R2-19-111,

IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
