COMPLAINANT ORDER VACATING HEARING v. True Custom A Luxury Builder LLC, License No. ROC 284663 RESPONDENT

This matter was convened for hearing on February 25, 2019 and evidence was taken.

During a break, the parties reached a settlement, but required additional time to finalize their

agreement. Through an Order dated February 25, 2019, the parties were directed to file a status

report on or before March 19, 2019.

The parties did not file the required status report, and through an Order dated March 25,

2019, they were advised that if the required status report was not filed on or before April 10,

2019, the matter would be vacated. As of April 15, 2019, neither party had filed a status report as

ordered. Consequently,

IT IS ORDERED vacating this matter and remanding it to the Registrar of Contractors.
