A hearing in the above-entitled matter was scheduled for June 13, 2019. At the commencement of the hearing, the parties requested additional time to resolve their dispute, and the matter was set for a status update no later than September 10, 2019. On August 27, 2019, Respondent filed a motion to vacate the hearing because the corrective work had been completed. Respondent also notified the tribunal that it received a Certificate of Completion from the City of Chandler. On September 24, 2019, the Administrative Law Judge issued an order requesting that Complainant file a response to Respondent’s motion to vacate the hearing by October 3, 2019. A copy of the motion to vacate the hearing was provided with the order. Having received no objection to Respondent’s motion to vacate the hearing, IT IS ORDERED, this matter is vacated from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanded to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.
