On May 6, 2019, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (Registrar) submitted a Motion to Vacate because the Registrar had reversed its denial giving rise to this hearing. Pursuant to A.A.C. R2-9-111, this matter is moot and a hearing is no longer necessary. IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
