Through an Order dated April 15, 2019, the parties were directed to file a status report on or before May 17, 2019. As of May 21, 2019, the required status report had not been received, and through an Order dated May 22, 2019, the parties were advised that if the required status report was not received by May 31, 2019, the matter would be vacated and remanded to the Registrar of Contractors. As of June 7, 2019, the parties had not filed the required status report. IT IS ORDERED vacating this matter and remanding it to the Registrar of Contractors. Done this day, June 10, 2019.
