IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“the Registrar”) referred Gissette Molina’s (“Complainant’s”) complaint against Weststone Construction Inc. (“Respondent”) to the Office of Administrative Hearings (“OAH”) for an evidentiary hearing. At the evidentiary hearing on July 19, 2019, Respondent agreed to complete repairs and Complainant agreed to allow Respondent to attempt to repair the remaining minor deficiencies that the Registrar’s Investigator identified. A status conference was scheduled on this date to allow the Administrative Law Judge to monitor the progress of the parties’ settlement. Both parties appeared for the status conference. Respondent’s representative stated that it had performed repairs and Complainant stated that she was satisfied with Respondent’s repairs. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating this matter from OAH’s docket. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) to the Director of the Registrar for further action.
