The Registrar of Contractors (“the Registrar”) has forwarded a document signed by both parties that states that Respondent Canyon State Enterprises LLC has completed all work at issue and that all work has been brought up to building code to Complainant Karen Patricia Bishop’s satisfaction. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on July 21, 2017, at 8:30 a.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C.
