IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On May 17, 2017, Complainant filed a Motion to Cancel Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Complainant advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for May 23, 2017, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, May 17, 2017.
