ORDER VACATING HEARING

On July 7, 2017, the Complainant filed a Motion to Withdraw Complaint with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Complainant advised that the Complainant wished to withdraw the Complaint in this matter and proceed instead to Superior Court to resolve its issues and that the hearing currently scheduled for July 11, 2017, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
