The Registrar of Contractors’ (“the Registrar’s”) attorney has moved to vacate the status conference because Beam Luxury Lighting LLC (“Respondent”) has provided documentation showing that it has complied with the parties’ settlement agreement. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the status conference that had been scheduled on this date at 4:00 p.m., as well as any hearing on the merits that could have been scheduled.
