On May 1, 2017, Complainant, Architectural Openings Inc., filed a letter with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Complainant advised that the parties reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter, and the hearing currently scheduled for Tuesday, May 1, 2017 at 1:00pm is no longer necessary. Sufficient cause appearing IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, May 1, 2017.
