On March 16, 2018, Complainant filed a motion to vacate with the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings in which it indicated that it no longer wanted to proceed against Respondent. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter scheduled for March 26, 2018, and any further pending proceedings are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
