IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On February 8, 2018, counsel for the Registrar of Contractors [“ROC”] filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the ROC advised The ROC desired to vacate the hearing set for February 14, 2018 and to remand the matter to the Registrar for dismissal for the reason that the Registrar has issued a license to the Respondent and that, therefore, the hearing currently scheduled was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the February 14, 2018 hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, February 8, 2018.
