IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On February 2, 2018, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (the “Registrar”), by and through Thomas Raine, Assistant Attorney General filed its Motion to Vacate the the hearing set for March 2, 2018 and to remand the matter to the Registrar for dismissal for the reason that Respondent has cured the issue that led to issuance of the citation and complaint. Sufficient cause being shown, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter now set for March 2, 2018 shall be and is hereby vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for such further action that the registrar of Contractors deems necessary and proper.
