Complainant J K D Building Group LLC has notified the Office of Administrative Hearings that it has withdrawn the complaint that it filed with the Registrar of Contractors (“the Registrar”) against Respondent Ikon Steel LLC and, therefore, has requested that the hearing be vacated. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on April 24, 2018, at 8:30 a.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) and (4) to the Director of the Registrar for further action. Done this day, April 20, 2018.
