IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On March 21, 2018, Complainant filed notice with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which advised that the parties had reached and completed settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter. Complainant requested the complaint in this matter be dismissed and advised the status hearing currently scheduled for March 26, 2018, was no longer necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the status hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, March 21, 2018.
