IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On November 9, 2018, the Complainant filed its Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings [“OAH”] in which Complainant advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and that Complainant wished to vacate the hearing now set for January 23, 2019 and withdraw the complaint in this matter. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the January 23, 2019 hearing and any docket matter in this case shall be and is hereby vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for any further action that may be required.
