On November 7, 2018, the Complainant filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Complainant advised that the parties had reached and concluded a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter. Complainant Advised it wished to withdraw the complaint in this matter and vacate this matter Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
