On January 17, 2018, The Arizona Registrar of Contractors (the “Registrar”) moved vacate the hearing set for February 22, 2018 in this matter. The Registrar in tis Motion advised that The Registrar has dismissed the citation and complaint against Respondent thereby removing the need for hearing in this matter. NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED vacating the February 22, 2018 evidentiary hearing in this matter. Done this day, January 26, 2018.
